We recently sent a survey to all of our clients. We asked them to rate our services on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). The survey covered the gamut: Account Service, Strategic Planning, Copywriting, Design, Web Development, Public Relations, Media Planning and Purchasing, Billing Procedures & more.

We earned a GPA of 4.4.

We also asked for comments and suggestions. We found that our clients actually like dealing directly with the principals and key creative team — they don’t miss account executives. Most view us as problem solvers and strategic partners. All consider our work to be “Highly Effective” or “Effective.”
