Sodexho manages the cafés and catering at 1800+ corporations across North America. Their accounts’ employee populations range from 500 to 20,000, with tastes and catering needs that vary from coffee & danish and mainstream buffets, to butlered galas and elegant five star dinners. Menu designs were all over the place, with no consistent image or quality.

The challenge: give each of Sodexho’s on-site managers the ability to customize and produce professional-looking catering menus and marketing materials, whatever their needs.

We designed a range of formats and styles. We developed a process model so the managers could use the Internet to select their style and materials, download specifics, and order, all directly from the printer. It was just what 1800 catering departments were hungry for.
