When available on a company’s intranet, the café’s weekly menu was found to be one of the most frequent hits. Sodexho wanted to parlay this popularity into a national, web-based program that increased the convenience to their customers and unit managers, rolled in each unit’s on-site catering program, encouraged customer feedback, and reduced the cost and system storage requirements for clients wanting to do this on their own.

We called the program i:Cuisines. We designed the logo and created the start-up kit, client presentation, and on-site marketing tools. To match the café décor, we even designed various format styles for the program itself.

The program really connected with their accounts, and helped boost café traffic, online catering orders, and the satisfaction of Sodexho’s customers and clients.
